Dogma Catma Pet Sitting is owned and operated by Jordan Di Marco
I started pet sitting in 2004 as a side job while I was in college, and Dogma Catma Pet Sitting was opened in 2006.
Both personally and professionally, I have been around animals all of my life. I had many pets growing up including dogs, cats, hamsters and rats. My father ran a ranch in New Mexico raising sheep and cows and I spent summers there.
I have worked in veterinary clinics, doggie daycares, and at PetSmart. I attended University of Colorado at Denver and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2006. While I was in college, the opportunity presented itself to work with a larger pet sitting company. I have since branched out to form my own business.
I have a dog, Zelda, a Basset Hound mix and a tabby cat, Tevra.
My volunteer experience currently involves being a hotline volunteer for All Breed Rescue Network, and I volunteer for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley in their veterinary clinic.
My Associate Pet Sitters
- Associate Pet Sitters undergo a thorough background and reference check. They are insured and bonded through Dogma Catma Pet Sitting. They undergo ongoing training and have the opportunity to attend educational seminars when applicable.
Dana
Dana has never known what life is like without pets, having been brought up in a very animal-friendly family. Dogs, cats, fish, turtles, guinea pigs, hampsters, chickens, turkeys, pigs and horses to name a few! Some of these she became familiar with during her career with a Los Angeles area 4-H club. She has acquired her knowledge primarily through personal experience, and has a sincere love of animals, finding great enjoyment in nurturing and caring for them. She currently has two cats, Koryo and Zorro, and two cockatiels, Cashmere and Obama. And when she is not walking dogs, you can find her teaching Kung-Fu and Tai-Chi.

"My three dogs love Jordan and the fact that she arrives to either play with them or to walk them. Best of all, she fills their treat toys before she leaves. Even my cat Lexie, who does not like anyone, likes to sit in Jordan’s lap when she visits. I foster dogs so Jordan has helped me with numerous dogs that were sometimes scared, occasionally sick and more often out of control. Jordan is much more than my 'dog walker'."
